Refund policy

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been submitted to our returns portal here.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Anitamaria purchase. We offer a Store credit only if your purchase is returned to within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are acceptable if:  

  • The item does not fit;
  • You are not satisfied with the item; 
  • You change your mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria: 

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with tags;
  • The item has no stains or marks; 
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery; 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is evident.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our HQ. 

Anitamaria reserves the right to reject returns where the above conditions are not met. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Anitamaria. 

Store Credits 

An Anitamaria store credit will be emailed to you as a Gift Card, which can then be used to purchase another item. 

Store Credits are valid for 12 months

AfterPay Returns 

The return process is still the same should you purchase an item using AfterPay! Unless the item is deemed faulty you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the item.  

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to continue the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-repayment will be held accountable by the customer. 

If you have been approved for a refund because the item is faulty, or under a special circumstance, the customer should continue to make fortnightly repayments until AfterPay have advised an end to the repayment commitment. 

Faulty Returns 

We pack every order with love and care, ensuring your item is in perfect condition when delivered. In the unlikely event that an item delivered is faulty, we would be happy to provide a replacement, store credit or full refund as long as: 

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with tags;
  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery that your item is faulty, providing a brief description of the fault and photos of the fault so that the faulty item can be assessed by our customer service team. Please email customercare@anitamaria.com.au.

Should you find a minor fault with the item, a repair or reimbursement is the first and preferred option. 

*We understand that sometimes a customer will not realise a fault prior to wearing the item. Should this be the case, please advise our customer service. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
